It is affecting only a small set of readers, but it’s been a consistent problem.
I think we’re close to finding a way to fix it, but I need YOUR help please!
Specifically, I need a screenshot of the alert or error you are seeing.
If I can get enough of those, that should give us the info we need to fix it once and for all.

Note: a screenshot of the error message is the most important thing we need.
Also note: If you see a “Your IP: Click to reveal” link on the alert page, make sure to click that before taking your screenshot.
